Does this darkness have a name?

Does this darkness have a name?
This cruelty, this hatred?
How did it find us?
Did it steal into our lives or did we seek it out and embrace it?
What happened to us?
That we now send our children into the world like we send young men to war hoping for their safe return.
But knowing that some will be lost along the way.
When did we lose our way?
Consumed by the shadows; swallowed whole by the darkness.
Does this darkness have a name?

I need to know that it’s possible that two people can stay happy together forever.

In my opinion, the best thing you can do is find a person who loves you for exactly what you are. Good mood, bad mood, ugly, pretty, handsome, what have you, the right person will still think the sun shines out your ass. That’s the kind of person that’s worth sticking with.
